Compass LLMs.txt Builder (“the App”) is a Shopify application developed by Revhope Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you install or use our app through your Shopify store.

When you install and use Compass LLMs.txt Builder, we collect limited data from your Shopify store in order for the app to function correctly. This includes:

Shop Information:
    •    Store URL

    •    Contact email

Storefront Content: To generate the llms.txt file, we access the following public data from your store:
    •    Products (titles, handles, public URLs)
    •    Collections (titles, handles, public URLs)
    •    Blog posts (titles, handles, public URLs)
    •    Pages (titles, handles, public URLs)

This data is accessed via the Shopify API and is used solely to generate a structured and up-to-date llms.txt file. We do not access or store customer data, order data, payment information, or private app content.

2. How We Use Your Information

The collected information is used exclusively to:

 

  • Generate and maintain your llms.txt file

  • Display and manage the generated file in the app’s admin interface

  • Ensure proper app functionality, maintenance, and support

 

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.

Your store’s data is never shared with third parties, except as required to provide app functionality or comply with legal obligations.

 

 

3. Data Storage and Security

 

We take data security seriously. Store data accessed by our app is either:

 

  • Processed in real-time and not stored, or

  • Temporarily stored on secure servers strictly for the purpose of generating and managing your llms.txt file

 

All data is protected using industry-standard security measures. If you uninstall the app, any data we may have stored will be deleted within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.

  • Request deletion of any stored data

  • Uninstall the app at any time to stop data collection
