How long do you give customers to make edits?

You decide how long customers can make changes. Whether it’s 30 minutes, 2 hours, or any custom time window — you’re in full control of the editing timeframe after an order is placed.

What if I promise that orders placed before 12pm are shipped same day?

No worries — Revhope works with your existing shipping SLAs. If you offer same-day shipping for orders placed before a certain time (like 12pm), the app will automatically prevent edits once that cutoff is near. For example, orders placed within 15 minutes of your shipping deadline won’t be editable and will be sent to ship right after checkout.

Can I use Order Editing but not offer customers any of the refund features?

Yes! You have full control over what actions customers can take — and for how long. If you don’t want to allow things like self-service cancellations, removing products from orders, or applying discount codes, you can turn those features off with a single click.

How does it work with my Shipping and Warehouse Management Software and/or ERP?

We hold off on sending orders to ship immediately after checkout, giving customers a brief window to make changes. Once that editing window closes, order edits are disabled and the order is released for shipping.

How does it work with my 3PL?

We’ve built an integration that works with all major 3PLs to delay order pulling from Shopify right after checkout. This gives customers a short editing window before the order is sent to be shipped.
